Our Services
I've spent 20 years building this. I want to know what it's worth, how the process actually works, and whether now is the right time. And I don't want the whole town finding out I'm looking.
I'm a strategic buyer, family office, or investor seeking quality opportunities in sectors Exit Equity knows best: industrial, precision manufacturing and contract services.
I'm an attorney, CPA, or wealth advisor, and I want my client in careful, trusted hands. I need a partner who will keep me in the loop and treat the relationship as carefully as I do.
Boutique M&A Advisory
Exit Equity was founded in 2007 as a second-generation, family-run boutique, built on a simple belief: business owners deserve a true partner, not a transaction machine. We're female-led, independently owned, and small on purpose.
We bring the rigor and process of an investment bank to a market the big firms overlook, and we keep our client load deliberately light so every engagement gets our full attention. We don't just close deals. We guide owners through one of the most significant moments of their lives.

FAQ
We've guided hundreds of business owners through the sale process. Here are the questions we hear most often at the start of a conversation.
The timeline for selling a business can vary significantly based on several factors, including the size of the business, the industry, and market conditions. Generally, the process can take anywhere from a few months to over a year. Key stages include preparing the business for sale, marketing it to potential buyers, negotiating terms, and finalizing the sale.
Not unless you decide to tell them. We market your business blindly, require signed NDAs from every buyer, and share identifying details only with qualified parties at the right stage of the process.
We look at normalized earnings, growth, customer concentration, recurring revenue and comparable transactions, then translate that into a realistic range and a clear "net-to-you" after taxes and fees.
A broker prepares your business for market, finds and qualifies buyers, runs a competitive process, negotiates terms and coordinates attorneys, accountants and lenders through closing.
Look for credentials such as CBI, CM&AP or CVA, a track record in your industry and deal size, and a team that will personally run your engagement from first call to close.
